Results depend on the quality and integrity of submitted samples, including proper collection, preservation, and transportation.
External factors such as environmental variations, handling errors, and incomplete documentation may affect outcomes. We work closely with clients to mitigate these risks.
All analyses are performed in certified laboratories adhering to international standards, ensuring traceability and reproducibility of results.

Sample Submission Guidelines

Proper Handling: Ensure samples are correctly labeled, sealed, and packaged per our provided instructions to avoid contamination or degradation.
Disclosure of Hazards: Inform us in advance of any hazardous, biohazardous, or toxic materials in samples to ensure safe handling and compliance with safety regulations.
Right to Refuse: SCK Testing Labs reserves the right to reject samples that are unsafe, improperly labeled, or non-compliant with submission guidelines. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
Documentation: Submit complete and accurate documentation, including sample details, testing requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

Confidentiality Assurance

Client information, test results, and related data are strictly confidential and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access.
We will not share data with third parties without prior written consent, except when required by law, regulatory agencies, or court orders.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request for additional confidentiality assurances.

Timelines For Test Results

Estimated timelines for test completion will be provided upon service request and are contingent on the type of test and sample volume.
In case of unforeseen delays due to equipment maintenance, technical challenges, or external factors, clients will be notified promptly with revised timelines.
Expedited testing services may be available at additional costs; clients must request this option in advance.

Limitation of Liability

SCK Testing Labs is not liable for decisions, actions, or damages arising from the use of our test results for purposes beyond their intended scope.
Results are valid only for the specific samples tested under given conditions and do not guarantee broader applicability.
Clients bear sole responsibility for the interpretation, application, and consequences of using the provided test data.

Fee Structure & Payment Terms

Transparent pricing is communicated in writing before service initiation, covering all testing fees, documentation charges, and applicable taxes.
Payments must be made as per agreed timelines; late payments may incur penalties or suspension of ongoing services.
Additional charges may apply for rush orders, sample re-testing, or extended consultation beyond the agreed scope.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds are processed only for uninitiated tests, with deductions for administrative expenses and materials used, if any.
No refunds are issued once testing has commenced or results have been delivered.

Regulatory Compliance

Clients are responsible for adhering to all applicable local, state, and national regulations while submitting samples, including permits and declarations.
SCK Testing Labs complies with NABL, ISO, and other relevant environmental, health, and safety standards to ensure the highest quality services.
Our reports are prepared in accordance with applicable regulatory and industry guidelines to facilitate compliance audits.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCK Testing Labs, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

Misuse or misinterpretation of test results.
Failure to comply with regulatory standards.
Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or hazardous samples.

Amendments To Terms

SCK Testing Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates in our services, policies, or applicable regulations.
Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed about our policies.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi where SCK Testing Labs operates.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi through arbitration or other legal proceedings, as applicable.
